Danieka graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2023 and completed her practical legal training in mid-2024 at the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course. Following her admission to practise, Danieka worked as the Associate to the Honourable Justice Pearce in the Supreme Court of Tasmania before joining Rae & Partners in 2025 as a solicitor working in our litigation team.

Working closely with other senior practitioners in the litigation team, Danieka takes a practical and client-focused approach. Danieka has experience across a wide range of matters including criminal law, estate disputes, personal injury law, commercial litigation, debt recovery, and general civil litigation matters.
