Thomas joined Rae & Partners after graduating from the University of Tasmania with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Law, graduating with First Class Honours in Law.

He brings a diverse professional background to his legal career, with experience spanning hospitality, the public service, and extensive involvement in community and religious organisations. In these roles, Thomas has led volunteers and teams, driven by a commitment to making a positive impact.

Passionate about the role of public policy, law, and civil institutions in shaping lives, Thomas also keeps a keen eye on current affairs and emerging technologies, and how they will influence the future of legal practice.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys playing guitar and reading.
